One of the best things I’ve done for my mental health is following plus size LGBTQ+ girls on the internet. It’s so important to have lots of people in your newsfeed who affirm you and reflect your experience.

Jordan Underwood (they/he) is a multidisciplinary artist and model. Its content centers on liberation of fat and justice for the disabled, and conducts cultural analysis through intersecting lenses with the goal of solidarity beyond movement.
Shane is a plus size trans man who brings a lot of joy to the internet. Shane creates content about gender revolution and physical liberation, along with “sprinkling positivity into her feed.”

I’ve followed Liz’s journey on Instagram over the years and love her content every time.
