Hugh Jackman has said he’s really done playing Wolverine, despite being repeatedly asked to return by Ryan Reynolds since 2017’s Logan. He revealed that there was one reason he chose to return to

Additionally, he revealed, “I can beat Ryan Reynolds every day.”
Deadpool 3 will be the first Deadpool movie made under the MCU banner, but will retain its R rating. In fact, the Deadpool and Wolverine team-up was one of the first pitches Reynolds had when he met Marvel’s Kevin Feige after the Fox acquisition.
“The subject was brought up in a meeting about whether we could find a way to do the Deadpool/Wolverine pairing.
Reynolds and Jackman affirm that the film will not ruin Logan’s timeline, and that the character will still be dead by the time Logan appears in the distant future. confirmed a major fan theory about how is still happening.
“Thanks to this device they have in the Marvel universe that moves around timelines,” says Jackman. “Now I can go back, because that’s science. So I don’t have to mess with Logan’s timeline, which was important to me.”
Jackman was giving an interview for his upcoming drama, The Sun. “As you know, this is a very complicated question,” says Jackman. “There’s a lot going on there. Deadpool 3 is set to release on November 8th, 2024.
