To leave a mark on ‘The Voice’, you have to leave everything on stage.
Team Blake singers Kevin Hawkins and Hilary Tortiana rocked the crowd with a passionate performance of Coach John Legend’s “Hermon” in Round 4 of Monday Night’s Battle Round. The duo’s soulful vocals earned him a standing ovation from Legend himself.
Legend has praised Turkiana’s singing prowess and emotional transmission. “You’re a great singer and I felt like you really delved into the spirit of the song,” he said.
Coach Gwen Stefani, meanwhile, hinted at Hawkins’ stage charisma. That’s great,” she said.
Blake Shelton seemed to be on the same wavelength about Hawkins as his wife. I said I haven’t scratched the surface of what I can do.
“It was 100%, but I still think you haven’t reached your full potential. It says a lot,” Shelton said.
This possibility rocked Shelton when he picked Hawkins as the winner.
“I haven’t seen all this guy can do yet, and he won the fight for me because of that,” Shelton said.

Gwen Stefani wants to give Team Camilla singer ‘love’
Team Camila singers Devix and Sasha Hurtado delivered an intimate and lean performance of MGMT’s indie dance tune “Electric Feel.”
Stefani raved about Devix’s “unique” style and dynamic vocal delivery.
“I never knew someone could sing so beautifully,” Stephanie said. “There are very few men who sing with such a fine vocal range.”
Shelton said Furtado could wrestle with a little more confidence, but she’s on her way to breakthrough in the competition.
“She only takes a minute to start mowing people down here,” Shelton said. “She has this voice, she has this way of playing aloud when she’s attacking, so she feels like she’s about to burst out. ”
Stephanie listened to her husband. Shortly after Camila Cabello declared her Devix the winner of the battle, Stefani hit her “steal” button and put Hurtado under her wing.
“[The performance]was just too good. It shows that it takes a little bit of love to go in the right direction,” Stefani told Hartado.

Blake Shelton keeps singer with voice like ‘butter’
Team Blake’s Kate Kalvach and Madison Hughes slowed the tempo down with a gentle cover of Poison’s “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
Kalvach won over Cabello in a smooth tone, adding that Cabello was impressed with the 27-year-old’s growth from the blind audition.
“With this song, you leveled up,” Cabello said. “You put out some very high notes, but you made it so much fun in a classy way. Your voice is just butter.”
Stephanie was touched by the way Hughes imbued her performance with vulnerability.
“Your tone is great,” Stephanie said. “What I love about you is your ability to sing poetry so soft and emotional. Her spot on vocal suites is that tenderness.”
However, Karvach’s heartfelt singing made a deal with Shelton, who chose her as the winner of the battle.
“There’s something really sweet about her voice and how she connects with herself when she sings,” Shelton said. “See what Kate does with these three-way knockouts.” I can’t wait to.”

John Legend steals Team Gwen’s singer with homeland ties
Team Gwen singers Alyssa Witrad and Ian Harrison rocked the coaches with an emotional cover of Billie Eilish’s pop-punk anthem “Happier Than Ever.”
Legend told Witrad that the song’s choice was in the 19-year-old’s wheelhouse.
“You were almost perfect,” Legend said. “Your voice was great. Your tone was perfect for the song.”
Shelton praised the 20-year-old Harrison for the versatility of Harrison’s vocal performances.
“At first I was like, ‘Oh my God, he’s going to be stuck in the low register the whole time,’ but then the bridge happened and I got a huge response from the room,” Shelton said. “So he got to see two different versions of Ian, and they were both really great.
Stephanie picked Whitrad as the winner of the fight, but this wasn’t the end of Harrison’s path. .
“Ian is from my hometown and it’s time to go home,” said Legend. I would love to have you on the team.”
