Throughout his career, Cash has released multiple studio albums and told Fox News that he has worked with Lynn more than any other artist.
“I’ve recorded with Loretta Lynn more than anyone else in my career,” Cash said. “And that was schooling for me. It really was.”
Cash later said Lynn was “like a mother” to him, especially when they worked on music together.
“But she was like a mother to me, really. Especially in the studio time. She was in my studio three or four days in a row. I was in, I was coming in and recording, and I couldn’t let her stay at my house,” Cash told Fox News.
He continued, “She and Willie [Nelson]He still loves buses. Anyway, it was like his mother was back in the studio. “

Loretta Lynn died at 90
Like many artists in the country music industry, Cash remained friends with Lynn until her death in October 2022.
On October 4, Lin’s family announced that he passed away at the age of 90.
