West is on the move again, making headlines as usual, and keeping us on our guard with his latest Los Angeles looks that look as if they were intentional.
While Kanye West despises the paparazzi, he seems to love the attention he gets for his outrageous looks, which often set a precedent for what fans will try to imitate in the future.
We all know that when Ye likes a particular style, she takes it to the extreme and transforms it into her signature style. That’s exactly the case with his latest uniform, which the Chaitown rapper has been spotted wearing multiple times.
He continues to wear a black Vetements shirt with the word “Polizei” written in bold white letters across the back, the German word for “police”. He styles the classic look with black leggings and innovative black socks his shoes have yet to hit the market.
Ye’s partner, Censori-West, who also acts as YEEZY’s architectural designer, looked like walking architecture herself. The 28-year-old creator used circular foam material from Mason’s 2008 RTW collection, excerpting a page from her Margiela handbook.
She chose a thin black nylon body cover that also covered her face, making it impossible to move or stretch her hands. Mason Ye, a fan of her Margiela, continues to let her wife introduce the Parisian designer through a series of looks. But he and Maison His affinity for Margiela is nothing new. Remember the song “Niggas in Paris” with Jay-Z, where Kanye raps:
“Margiela, what’s that jacket?” The doctor says I’m the sickest.
Because I’m in real pain.
I have my friends in Paris, and they’re going to be gorillas, you know! “
In addition to this look, Kanye and Bianca are often seen wearing masks these days, but if you look back at fashion history, Maison Margiela was one of the first to wear a mask. I understand this. 1989, as evident in the photo below.
It’s always interesting to see how fashion circulates, but considering that Margiela is one of Ye’s favorite designers, he draws a lot of inspiration from Parisian designers. I understand this.
