Tensions were running high between Cody Brown and his second wife Janelle Brown. Sunday episode of “Sister’s Wives” Cody refused to “break my back” for his wife, who he felt didn’t “respect” him.
As documented in Season 17, Janelle moved out of her home in Flagstaff, Arizona into an RV. Coyote Pass property of the Brown family With daughter Savannah Brown, 17. She wanted her whole family to start building her house there, as originally planned.
However, life in the RV turned out to be harder than expected, so Janelle changed her plans and told Kody she wanted to rent a house to live in until it was built.
The couple argued multiple times throughout the episode because Kodi wanted to buy Janelle Former Christine’s house (It was on the market at the time) so that it could be rented out in the future. She believed she could build a coyote home on her path within a year.
In a solo interview, Janelle said the only reason Cody wanted to buy Christine’s house was because she wanted to leave it to the family instead of really considering her needs. Feeling stuck, he said he wasn’t going to let Cody “steamroll” what he wanted to do.
In a later scene in Sunday’s episode, Cody visits Janelle’s RV to tell her that she has to postpone her plans to build a house.
Janelle told the cameras that Kodi had a “hard summer” (probably because christine movedShe called Cody’s behavior “amazing”.
In an on-camera interview, Cody said he resisted Janelle’s idea because he felt “disrespected” by her during the COVID-19 pandemic. Janelle traveled during the pandemic, even told kodi For trying to make her feel bad about visiting her children.
“I’m not going to work for you when you don’t respect me. I’m not. And Janelle needs someone to break her back to get this project done. That’s right now.” I’m not the one who’s doing it, Cody said in his interview.
