My Hero Academia may be on a bit of a hiatus right now, but the anime will soon bring back Season 6. After all, the anime’s raid arc is over and season 6 made sure to drop a few bombshells before it ended. I’m tidying up some of the scenes.
The update came from overseas as the first Blu-ray of My Hero Academia season 6 was released. It didn’t take long for fans to comb through the release to see what changes had been made. As fans expected, many compilations are on Blu-ray, and some of the biggest changes involve his TWICE.

As mentioned above, the Season 6 Blu-ray reworked Twice’s design after his TV appearance was somewhat underwhelming last fall. My Hero Academia nailed the action in Season 6, but when it came to close-ups, Twice got tainted. The Blu-ray will fix his ugly character and his art, so Twice fans will love this update. You don’t want to miss it.
It’s not just the stills that have been revised for this season 6 Blu-ray. The team at Studio Bones retouched the scene where Shigaraki and his TWICE fix their friend’s mask. Another scene showed Class 1-A and him helping 1-B evacuate at one point, so the anime edited Shoji out of the scene. Clearly, some of Season 6’s first episodes struggled under a tight timetable. Luckily, Studio Bones was able to fix these issues on home video, so hopefully the second half of Season 6 doesn’t suffer from the same crunch.
