Vanity Fair has released the first ever photos of 1923, a prequel to Taylor Sheridan’s latest series Yellowstone starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.
A new installment introduces the new generation of Duttons in the early 20th century as pandemics, historic droughts, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression all plague Mountain West.
The new series explores what life was like working the land for second and third generation Duttons. Ford plays James Dutton’s (Tim McGraw) brother Jacob Dutton in 1883, and Mirren as his wife Carla.
They are now leading a family with ‘1883’ kids in their late 30s/40s and taking on new challenges. increase.
